- Tending to agents / local customers enquiry.- Checking on cost as per enquiries requirement.- Prepare & send official quotation pertaining to customer requirement.- DHL shipments arrangement when needed.- OSA booking and report updates.- Providing cost to colleagues upon request.- Monitoring DHL shipment, and assist account on the billing information if required.- Supporting on OSA SI submission and certain accounts enquiry

- Collaborating with management and executives to set departmental goals- Primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients- Maintain and manage inventory control of materials and supplies.- Maintain a record of allowance tracking, timekeeping related, minutes of meeting.- Conduct general and clerical office tasks- Plan purchases and sales orders
