- Responsible for doing end-to-end recruiting for IT Candidates, to be specific Software engineers.- Screening CV of the Software Engineer candidates.- Making weekly reports for every update of the recruiting process.- Scheduling interviews for the candidates, online and offline interviews.- Responsible for sharing the job vacancy via job platforms and screening the candidates that applied on the job platforms.- Connect with the University’s job platform to be a partner. - Doing Online interviews with English, screening by their attitude and basic knowledge about the job vacancy that we already post. - Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
