• Build quarterly and annual sale training programs and events for the company• Conduct monthly training to grow employees’ knowledge and to work more effectively • Work with sales, brand managers, and medical doctors to drive brand values and conduct refreshment training • Track sale representatives’ progress and report to line manager • Monitors training programs and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date • Conduct monthly gatherings for reviewing, sharing company strategies, and building teamwork• Developing event feedback surveys, and handling post-event reports, budgeting, logistics, and invoicing. • Provide leadership and motivation in order to ensure synergy throughout the period of training and event
