As a Manager of the NorthStar HCM team at RightSourcing, I serve as a strategic partner to our health care clients. I work with my team to identify and analyze trends in large datasets based on client requests to inform, support, and enable strategic direction. The research and analysis we conduct helps clients make actionable decisions so programs run more efficiently. In addition, the presentations we craft share information in an easily digestible format - ensuring our clients can draw conclusions quickly and make strategic recommendations. Before joining RightSourcing, I worked as a Sr. Business Consultant for our NorthStar HCM team at PRO Unlimited. Before I started my career with PRO Unlimited and RightSourcing I spent several years at State Street Bank & Trust as a Derivatives Specialist and Relationship Manager. I have a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a Minor in Economics from California State University, Sacramento. When I am not working, I spend time with my family (triplet ten-year-olds and a two-year-old), enjoying playing and watching sports, camping, fishing, and cooking.
