- Increase productivity by creating systems to boost employee morale- Build organizational capability through implementation of Autonomous Maintenance in all areas

- Assist Production Manager to achieve department’s KPI with the main driver Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale through developing independent safety culture, quality improvement & innovation, process automation- Acting as Process Safety Management System Owner Plant, to Assist EHS Manager by conducting the machinery safety

> Assist Engineering Manager to achieve department’s KPI through machinery improvement, set up maintenance strategy & maintenance plan, managing spare parts inventory, managing budget control and capability building of Engineering teams> Design Automation System in SCM (Sweet Condensed Milk) line> Acting as Maintenance SAP PM key user > Participate in Continuous Improvement project activities> Maintain FOQUS (Food Quality and Safety) system in place and well implemented to ensure the quality of the product in accordance with the ISO 9001, 22000, HACCP and Halal

> Responsible for machine automation in Aerosol line> Reduce downtime cost by improving machines performance> Participate in LEAN project activities> Improve packaging machines efficiency by reducing speed loss
