Check our career page to learn further. https://amartha.com/id_ID/careers/As a Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, my responsibilities include:- Responsible for MPP fulfillments.- Liaising and working closely with the users at Amartha to establish the specifications and qualifications they are looking for from potential candidates- Handle talent acquisition process such as job posting, sourcing, screening profiles, interviewing, create an assessment, scheduling an interview- Sources talents from various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, Offline events, etc.- Responsible for fulfillment documents of candidates- Make a proposal offer and offering letter- Negotiate compensation and terms of hire- Onboarding new employee- Make a plan and execute employer branding activities
