Yayasan Putera Bahagia Jaya is a foundation under the government of DKI Jakarta. YPB Jaya in collaboration with the Faculty of Psychology UNIKA Atma Jaya organize trainings for students and teachers ranging from elementary school to high school. Every year, the training involves more than 1000 participants from schools all over Jakarta.As supporting system, my role & responsibilities:• Prepared all the training equipments needed and manage training environment by designing an effective training room to support participants learning process.• Presented instructions for games and ice breaking/energizer during training.As group facilitator, i did the following:• Accompanied, handled, and guided group activities (one group consists of 10 students from various schools in DKI Jakarta) during the training that held in 4 days 3 nights or 3 days 2 nights. • Observed understanding and behavior of the participants during training and generated reports based on them to evaluate in reaching the objectives of the training.• Facilitated debriefing process in groups to ensure that each participant understand every materials or learning point given during the training.

• Performed assessment by conducting group interviews to students of Faculty of Psychology UNIKA Atma Jaya to recruit them to participate in teams implementing YPB Training Program 2013. • Interviewed students from underprivileged families and their teachers to participate in YPB Training Program 2013.• Prepared and delivered TFT (Training for Trainers) for YPB team of implementor that consists of students of Faculty of Psychology UNIKA Atma Jaya to enhance their knowledge and basic skills on training and facilitation.• Developed training modules.• Designed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for students of Faculty of Psychology in the Supporting System team.• Executed the training program in several roles: Person in Charge (the highest role in field), Group Facilitator and Co-Facilitator for students’ training program, and Supporting System.
