- Process Export Import request from buyer and Personnal Effects from expat - Regularly checking custom regulation and documents related with request - Prepare documents for export and import- Checking and calculating PIB, PIBT and PEB- Working with Custom Indonesia, Departemen Perdagangan and Departemen Perindustrian related importation- Working with global and local supplier to arrange term of shipment and departure schedule - Working with custom agent/couriers for pick up arrangement and clearance issue- Working with custom agent/couriers for any issue related with goods delivery and payment- Monitor pick up and delivery shipment to sites- Working with overseas supplier for potential dispute related to international payment and goods delivery- Working with procurement and buyer to settle demurrage issue and obtain relevant evidence for logistic arrangement during goods delivery- Working with Sucofindo and Surveyor Indonesia related Inspection for IT Elektronika, IP Besi dan Baja - Checking all the completeness invoices from couriers - Prepare payment voucher and submit to accounting for payment purpose- Update shipment status to buyers- Update couriers payment- Prepare weekly report and monthly report - Prepare monthly reports to Departemen Perdagangan- Using Avantis systems to check PO
