Red Norm Indonesia isa social initiative that focuses on giving accessible period education and assistance for women to eradicate period poverty in Indonesia.In one month we have achieved:• Held a nationwide survey about factors hindering schoolgirls to get adequate period products and hygiene as a basis on creating Red Norm programmes.• Donated 48 period pad boxes to orphanages with funds gathered form an online bakesale in collaboration with Kapulaga Cakery.• Successfully held an online workshop on how to personalize period tracker with Nona Woman and RSIA Gladiool with 100% of participants started using period trackers during workshop.

Selected as one of 100 awardees from 10.000+ applicants to participate in an intensive 6 months leadership program by McKinsey & Co.The YLI National Program is an intensive leadership development initiative to empower young leaders with the skills, knowledge, and networks needed to make a positive impact in Indonesia.

● Chaired 6 national alliances consisting of 180+ medical students in total with a focus on health regulation in Indonesia● Published 3 studies, 1 policy brief, 2 articles, and 7 infographics in various media with an engagement rate of 300 likes per post ● Created 2 petitions and 2 campaigns with an average number of followers of 500+ people

● Author of Advocacy Manual Handbook for Medical Faculty Students in State Islamic University Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta ● Conducted a student survey and released a study on faculty readiness for offline lectures as a basis for conducting lectures● Become chairman of the presidium of the Deliberative Session of Faculty Student Representatives

● Assist CIMSA FK UIN SH Local Public Health Officer in conducting and managing 9 SCOPH CIMSA FK UIN SH’s activities, campaigns, and programmes.● Conducted an initiated program which focused child and maternity nutrition in correlation on family undernutrition and malnourishment. In this program we managed to collaborate with Ministry of Health and many NGOs.● Become chairman of the presidium of the CIMSA General Assembly● Become a moderator in public discussions and podcasts with expert speakers with an average number of listener 30+ people/month
