Hi! You can call me Putri, a passionate Psychology student committed to seeking deeper understanding of the complexities of human thought and behavior. Currently, I am in my 6th semester at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang.Since the beginning of my college journey, I have actively participated in various organizational and social activities. My leadership skills have been honed through my active role in several campus organizations and social projects. In addition, I also gained valuable experience in working collaboratively with teams of diverse backgrounds.Besides my interest in psychology, I have good skills in operating Google Workspace tools. This skill helps me manage and optimize work processes, facilitate collaboration, and increase efficiency.I have also contributed as a member of Quality Assurance at AIESEC at UMM. This experience allows me to develop problem solving and critical thinking skills in assessing and ensuring the quality of services and activities carried out.In line with my interest in psychology, I have a special interest in Human Resources. I believe that understanding human psychology will be highly relevant and valuable in creating a productive, inclusive and competitive work environment.
