Current- Handling customers for ticket refunds- Informing foreigners with KITAS whether they are allowed to enter Borobudur or Prambanan temples- Assisting partnerships in creating events- Answering inquiries related to ticket prices, especially for group bookings or special packages- Providing guidance on ticket purchases, such as for TMII and other tourist locations- Assisting with issues related to problematic orders or undelivered ticket status- Providing direction on ticket data issues, such as name errors or identity information
