As an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry, I've had the privilege of working at the largest pharmaceutical company in Southeast Asia, where I discovered my passion for Management Systems and the implementation of cutting-edge technologies. Successfully leading the development of a new oncology manufacturing plant—from the initial concept phase to full commercialization—has been a career-defining experience, reinforcing my dedication to innovation and excellence.Currently, I serve as the Manufacturing System and Technology Development (MSTD) Manager at PT Global Onkolab Farma. In this role, I collaborate closely with the General Manager and the Board of Directors to deploy, execute, and evaluate strategic initiatives.
