• Assisting all department correspondents and communication, to arrange any meeting appointments, to prepare any presentation materials as required, and to execute any administrative jobs of HR Department• Administering and to making report accurately in the HR system all kinds of task in relations to the HR system such as associate presence/absence data, all kinds of leave/DP data, Employee Self Service (ESS), updating and data entry, etc. and provide any report from the system when required• Ensuring that all documentation is completed accurately for all new hire associates• Keeping records of the personnel activities required at month end submitting operational reports on time

• Ensuring the hotel operation complies with local laws and ordinance codes• Maintaining accurately accrued leave records by department and distributing to General Manager and all Heads of Division on monthly basis• Liaising closely with SHHC in regards to medical care and attention to all staff• Liaising with General Manager and coordinators in case of breach by any staff. Ensuring investigation is completed accurately, factual, free of any discrimination, and that any disciplinary measures are in accordance with labor laws• Coordinating recruitment of all new staff, ensuring correct documentation procedure is adhered to and that the best possible applicants are selected and the appropriate reference checks completed• Liaising with the governmental departments and agencies in respect to Manpower, Insurance and Immigration Officer• Conducting Departmental and Villa Orientation program for new employees to ensure they understand the policies and operation of the villa• Submitting monthly report to General Manager and detailing departmental activities for the past month and planed activities in the ensuring month• Attending Meeting and Briefing with other coordinator as determined by General Manager
