I recently graduated from Hochschule Anhalt, Germany, majoring in Real Estate. Hard work and determination are vital aspects in defining who I am. I discovered this during my time moving to Germany when I overcame many challenges during my time at university. From this experience, I realized that the only limit to my success is myself.The skills I have mastered in my studies include project development, financing, marketing, management, real estate valuation, and investment. I want to apply these in Real Estate Development and build on them to become a great Real Estate Developer. I have solid analyzing skills, can work independently and in a team, and have decent communication skills, which have taken me to good results for these various projects.During my internship at PT Persada Jaya Artha, I learned location analysis, market analysis, administering subsidized housing construction permits, and supporting the work activities in this company. The goal of this internship is to prepare me for work activities carried out in Indonesia and learned the necessary skills from the professionals.As a graduate of Real Estate, I am currently seeking opportunities in Real Estate Development, Marketing or another related field.
