I was in charge of preparing brochures and marketing materials for Flexible IT which included graphic work with Photoshop. I was trained in the safety as well as security procedures to manage and maintain the highest standards of aviation health, safety and security in-flight as well as to handle emergency situations such as aircraft evacuation.Delivering excellent service to passengers is also an important aspect of being a cabin crew as such; I was trained to be ever ready to address the special needs of each unique passenger. I was also trained to make announcements to make boarding the aircraft faster and smoother for the passengers as well security related issues concerning baggage weight allowance in the aircraft.

I was sent on all the tours we operated in Singapore and Malaysia and field trips to neighboring countries in order to better understand what our customers would be experiencing, so that we could recommend them exactly what they were looking for during their stay in Singapore.During the time I worked with Singapore Visitor’s Centre, I was also trained to prepare computer generated tour tickets as well as tickets for major events. Singapore Visitor’s Centre also had a souvenir shop where I worked at the check-out counter when customers purchased any souvenirs or jewelry.
