Production Support Analyst • Monitor UAT and Production cycles running daily, weekly and monthly. • Correct JCL and Procs to complete down cycles. • Use Utility programs to build, verify, or modify files and bases. • Build and maintain JCL to restore VSAM files from backups. • Escalate issues appropriately to achieve resolution and cycle completion. • Verify and document transmission jobs (NDM's) for completion.• Respond to Contractor inquiries and special requests within reasonable timeframe. • Plan, build and review Endevor installation packages prior to execution. • Review all documentation received with the release. • Escalate issues impacting the release installation to maintainer. • Follow up on utility abends from the release installation. • Work with FISS/Pinnacle to resolve issues regarding release module failures. • Document and track issues regarding new or failed release modules. • Review, update and or improve release installation documentation. • Install software releases from system maintainers into the appropriate FI/MAC environments. • Review NDM'd releases for missing files or documents. Audit checks on NDM files. Generate reports for upper mgmt, Installation, customization and support of Connect Direct and SECURE PLUS product. Performing on-call duties as required.
