In my role, I work collaboratively with UX researchers to participate in both operational and contractual business lines, to help design and launch several core features across mutiple products. My goal is to ensure customers receive the most optimal, consistent, and delightful end-to-end experience across the entire RailConnect product ecosystem.• Led product design for RailConnect - Transportation Management System. Working closely with researchers and internal stakeholders to optimize existing workflow and create Hi-fidelity prototypes to test innovative ideas and launch multiple features including Online Inventory Management, Dashboard, and Railcar Interchange Management, etc.,• Developed expertise as a contributor to design systems. Worked closely with the UX enterprise team to create and audit UI components and was involved in preliminary branding design for Wabtec's design system Volt. • Providing UX consultant to RailConnect Visibility and Planning, mCrew, and RailConnect Contract Management product team. My duty includes adapting UI from the legacy to Volt design system and streamlining user experience to provide a seamless and smooth transition.
