As Founder of 'We the Humans,' I lead a pioneering studio reshaping the built environment. My 15+ years in design fuel our mission to deliver innovative, human-centric and data-driven real estate solutions. With a passion for creating unparalleled experiences for guests and residents, as a design leader, I oversaw and directed external design teams, including Architecture, Interior design, Landscape design, and Public Art, on several high-profile residential towers and hotels including collaborations with world renowned designers such as Heatherwick Studio, Ole Scheeren, Gensler and Perkins&Will as well as collaborations with hospitality brands such as Hilton.Working with the Design Innovation, Marketing, Development, and Executive teams at Bosa Properties I was able to create, support, and execute the vision of the company's most prominent developments throughout Metro Vancouver.

As the co-founder of Tehransit, I spearheaded the creation and growth of a pioneering online radio platform that showcased a wide array of independent Iranian music to a global audience. Launched in 2010, Tehransit quickly spread, streaming diverse musical genres —ranging from hip-hop and electronic to jazz, rock, and new age— through seven distinct channels. The platform to reached over 30K monthly listeners from across the world, transforming it into a vital hub for progressive Iranian sounds and a voice for the artistic community both inside and outside Iran. Our commitment to authentic, censorship-free music provided a critical outlet for emerging artists and reshaped perceptions of Iran’s cultural landscape.

Worked as an art director on a wide rang of media including Print, Web, Video and Interiors on a wide range of real estate marketing campaigns and brand development projects.

Initiated and proliferated Blend International through video production work for agency clients, as well as branding design, development and web production for various clients from educational, commercial and governmental sectors.

Led the interactive team towards developing on cms platforms and adopting standard compliant web strategies.
