- Leadership: As a Operations Coordinator, I lead a team of over 30 sales professionals, driving their success through effective coaching, training, and motivation towards achieving our sales objectives.- Team management: In addition to leading, I manage and train my team to help them achieve their full potential in sales functions. I ensure they have the necessary tools and training to succeed in their work.- Planning: I plan and organize daily, weekly, and monthly sales operations to ensure established sales objectives are met.
