I joined this very small business early on. They had created a specialty bar (Delirium Cafe) downtown Brussels. I was asked by the owner to develop the marketing and comm's . After 5 years and mission completed, the Delirium Café had become one of the 10 most visited places in Brussels, we had created 4 other theme bars and the import/ export business was very well engaged. On top of marketing and communications, I also took care of customer relations (we hosted many corporate events, team building etc) , int'l development, HR, events, franchise systems, import/export of beers and spirits
