We have a global learning management system based on the Cornerstone learning management product. This system is used to host and deliver a range of on-line learning functionality to external clietnst of KF on a global scale. I work withing a small team to deliver client engagements, offering product implementations, support, conduct quality assurance and update user documentations as and when required. • Configuration of domains or microsites for clients, e-learning materials for various project on the learning platform • Responsibility for quality assurance of site and products• Developing test scripts for quality assurance of products• Working with learning system and content vendors for problem shooting and resolution• Managing client system queries and troubleshooting issues• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of products and systems• Report creation and generation from LMS using appropriate tools
