* Implementation from scratch and general management of the Brazilian branch of an international inspection company. Several trips to most of European countries for customer prospecting and meetings with shareholders in Waterloo (Belgium) and Köln (Germany);* Technical and Operational Management of five branches and being the main clients interface for in the supervision of weight and quality of Export Commodities; * Responsible for Affiliations, Accreditations and Proficiency Tests under Gafta Analysts Scheme (Grain and Feed Trading Association - Approved Laboratory), FOSFA Int’l (Federation of Oils, Seeds and Fats Association - Affiliate Member Analyst), and Brazilian Authorities; * Participation as Manager in the ISO 17025 implementation process in the Company’s Laboratory; * Constant contact with all domestic and international clients of the company in order to maintain the commercial line business relationships having made several business trips to most of Europe countries as United Kingdom, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Greece to contact existing and new clients; * Experience in fumigation of bulk grains; * Implementation and management of Quality Control Department for the production of polyethylene and polypropylene plastic films for packing; * Supervision of Quality Control Department at Tobacco Plant (Stemmery);
