Lead the central leadership team in carrying out the established ministry vision and strategy and maintain accountability for ensuring the successful integration of all major ministry functions, removing high level obstacles and barriers, and resolving cross-functional issues. In conjunction with this, oversee the hiring, evaluation, and termination of staff as well as the annual development and management of a $3M budget to support all ministries (1,200+ in weekly attendance with approximately 470 active volunteers).

Responsible for the development and leadership of the teams and leaders at the broadcast/primary campus (inclusive of both staff and over 300 volunteers) to carry out the church's scope of ministry offerings. Oversee the execution of services to ensure excellence and effectiveness across ministry areas for an average of 950+ weekly attendees. Serve as the local pastoral presence and be at the forefront of engaging and connecting with those new to the church and help them take steps into community. Provide pastoral care and counsel for congregants.

Sutton, Massachusetts

Responsible for building and leading the production and impressions/hospitality teams (approximately 140 volunteers) for the broadcast/primary campus. Oversaw the execution of weekend services in the adult environments as well as the capture and delivery of service content by video for delivery online as well as to the other church campus.

Milford, Ma

Responsible for leading a multifaceted team based in multiple locations managing travel, shared services, meeting and event planning, and indirect procurement. This included oversight for $12.7M in annual travel bookings and associated vendor agreements, processing and applicable audits for approximately 20k annual expense reports covering $11.3M in business expenses, negotiation and detailing for $1.2M in annual meeting and event spending, and negotiation and supplier relationship management for a variety of indirect spending categories. This also entailed responsibility for a US fleet program consisting of $6.3M in annual costs, multiple corporate card programs covering $36.3M in annual charge volume, and global office supply programs that supported 21 countries and combined for $1.1M in annual transactions.

Norfolk, Va

Responsible for the food service division onboard the USS Normandy (CG 60) from 2004 to 2006. Managed 36 personnel in the output of three meals daily for 370+ crewmembers, stateroom cleanliness and care for 35 officers, maintenance and preservation of 74 divisional spaces, budgeting of an average monthly food allowance of $85k, and accountability for an average monthly inventory of $120k in food provisions. Prior to this, was responsible for the sales and disbursing divisions onboard the USS Normandy from 2003 to 2004. Managed 11 personnel from three different job specialties operating the ship’s store, barbershop, laundry, vending machines, post office, and disbursing office.
