Throughout my career, I’ve had the honor of leading a wide range of teams as a military officer, corporate leader, and executive pastor for the church I helped launch in 2006. Having spent years personally leading at the senior level as well as supporting other business owners and executives, I know firsthand the tension senior leaders feel between making a meaningful difference in the world and enjoying the journey. Is it possible to lead well, realize your potential, and still have time for the people who matter most and activities that bring joy to life? I firmly believe the answer is “Yes!” The challenge is that, with everyone and everything coming at senior leaders and all they “can” do, it can be difficult to know what they should do…AND what they should not. What compounds things is that leading at the top can be isolating and leave executives struggling to figure things out on their own.As a coach for senior leaders, I serve as a thinking partner or “copilot” for my clients. I come alongside to help them make the impact they were designed to make while finding a healthier rhythm to their life that provides more time to be with loved ones and have fun along the way.If you’re a business owner or executive leader and feel you could use some help navigating the tensions of leadership and life, I’d welcome the chance to connect.
