As Director of Custom Development, I lead a small team of technicians who support the administrative computing systems on campus. These systems include Jenzabar EX and Jenzabar Internet Campus Solution, Salesforce, PowerFAIDS, TouchNet OneCard and many other secondary sytems. My team manages these third party products, as well as custom programmed.

As the Senior Programmer, I was responsible for the maintenance, administration, and custom programming for Jenzabar Internet Campus Solution (JICS). I created custom applications, web forms, and interfaces to enhance the use of campus systems with a combination of C# programming, SQL queries and databases and REST API programming. Develop custom web forms, reports and applications both within the campus information portal and as stand-alone web pages to interface with various campus databases using C#, JavaScript, jQuery and NHibernate

In this position, I maintained and administered all administrative software packages on campus, including Jenzabar EX, Astra Schedule, AD Computer payroll software, and PowerFAIDS. Using those systems, I was responsible for providing reports used to analyze and aggregate data across systems. I also developed application solutions for business needs outside.

As Administrative Systems Manager, I led a team of three technicians in charge of campus administrative systems. I managed multiple projects and implementations of new systems, setting deadlines and assigning personnel as needed. I also wrote and reviewed performance evaluations and assisted with departmental budgets.
