My focus on people and customer is paramount to my approach in successfully influencing, managing and delivering change.As IT portfolio manager, I was responsible for defining and scheduling ESB’s IT Portfolio of over 50 projects and programs with an annual budget of €100M. In my role as Technology Innovation manager, I established an innovation capability and IT Innovation Programme to evaluate & drive adoption of new & emerging technologies. I also developed and delivered ESB's first employee led innovation campaign themed on the Dragons' Den. Before joining ESB as an IT Graduate, my professional career began as an entrepreneur running my own business.
