I bring to the table nearly 2 decades of expertise in mobilizing and judiciously managing resources with structured inputs in the domains of production planning, process engineering, designing, quality management and monitoring to ensure smooth production operations within defined time/cost parameters.I have proaril looked after the process improvement, quality, transformational initiatives, operational excellence and other related best practices across organization and also lead, plan and guide all organizational processes and systems in terms of their development, deployment, assessment and improvement. Not only this, I also oversee activities from conceptualization to execution including finalization of technical specifications, procurement / supply of raw materials, stage inspections, scheduling, progress monitoring, and site management and manpower planning. I am currenlty managing plant level operations with strength of 1000 employees ( blue + white collar). My forte has been in modifying business operation model theeby enabling organization to focus more on customer requirement. Apafrt from this, I hold rich exposure of working in MNCs (German and American) and in managing Expats (Germans experts for technology) as direct reports. I also changed manufacturing model by implementing line production system instead of traditional pool production system. I hold the credentials of being the First non-German to head manufacturing setup for Groz Beckter in Germany. I am considered as a trusted leader and a change agent with a superior track record of motivating people from the grass root level and taking subordinates into confidence for implementing new and innovative ideas.
