Manages a team of behavior technicians in the design and implementation of individualized early intervention treatment programs for a caseload of children with early signs of ASD and other developmental disabilities.Create comprehensive treatment plans, tailored to each client's individual needs, to teach skill deficits, including Verbal Behavior and Functional Communication.Educate and train parents in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, therapeutic targets and strategies, and behavior management techniques to ensure proper generalization of treatment effects outside the structured therapy setting.

• Develops individual treatment plans under the supervision of medical professionals• Provides direct client services for individual clients ages 2-10 with Autism Spectrum Disorder• Implements ABA therapy to decrease maladaptive behavior & increase functional behavior• Conducts parent and caregiver training on behavioral strategies and modifications

• Oversees early intervention treatment goals, lesson plans and target outcomes for children• Coordinates evaluations, administers, scores & reports assessment findings• Leads family education sessions and parent training• Trains and leads Behavior Technicians in training• Maintains clinical documentation in accordance with the center’s policies and procedures

• Develop Excel tracking databases and run reports periodically• Provide varieties of administrative tasks including data entry and analysis, filing & archiving• Screen student files, archive and maintain information through SharePoint and PeopleSoft

• Provide direct behavioral services for individual clients ages 3-7 with Autism Spectrum Disorder• Implement ABA therapy approach to decrease maladaptive behavior and increase functional behavior• Collect and analyze data throughout therapy sessions to ensure that individual targets/goals are met

• Ensure appropriate services are given to clients according to their Individual Support Plans• Manage clients’ schedule and activities to improve their quality of life• Provide training and oversee support staffs to maintain consistent care at sites

• Assist research to determine early development of later-born siblings of children with ASD• Perform lab works related to autism research, such as data collection and management• Support interviewers during data collection sessions for participants' family

• Collaborate with the headteacher to implement an inclusion program for the students• Provide 1:1 support for children with Down syndrome and ASD during class activities• Work as a team alongside nurses, social workers, psychiatrists & therapists to provide holistic children approach• Plan Individualized Education Program along with headteachers and the team.

• Teach children to develop verbal, motor, and mathematical skills using creative curriculum approach.• Supervise and maintain a safe and stimulating environment for children ages 0-5.• Manage instructional materials and manual records (lessons, attendance and supplies) to ensure the availability of references.
