As a Supply Chain engineer, I have been responsible for:- Facilitating S&OP meetings for UVD, GoBe & PTR, ensuring that all involved departments are informed and on track with priorities, goals and sales forecast. As a result, Blue Ocean Robotics was able to improve resource allocation and align expectations cross-company. With the input from S&OP, I provided comprehensive analysis and a holistic view of the Supply Chain to support strategic decision making in Production, Distribution, Procurement & Customer Service.- Production planning & execution, a task I have been performingdaily by releasing Manufacturing Orders in the ERP system, aligning available capacitywith the production team manager to ensure output and satisfyproduction goals. Additionally, this has been my best opportunity tovisit the production floor and observe, converse and learn, whatareas of the manufacturing can be improved with minimal effort.- Spare Part set-up and management, which I have been a part ofbuilding from ground up involving multiple stakeholders acrossorganization. I have established Kits starting with the input fromTechnicians in Customer Service, to aligning Sourcing feasibility withProcurement &, building BOM's, establishing routes and genericmanufacturing strategies. My primary focus was to make theprocess of ordering, manufacturing & shipping simple andstreamlined to maximize value added for all colleagues involved.- I have been part of three Audits regarding ISO 13485, 9001 and14001, implementing changes and showing great understanding ofplanning as well as generic production procedures and traceabilityacross production. As a result the company was able to achieve new,and prolong current ISO standards, which greatly contribute to thequality of daily work and standardization of tasks.

In my 1 year as Assistant & Intern I have:- Built & structured the PTR robot BOM- Created manufacturing routing & operation types in the ERP system, ensuring correct flow of materials- Designed Process Flow Charts & Product Tree, to highlightbottlenecks in production and understanding of manufacturingprocesses-Identified "waste" in production cells & improved processes, layout &traceability of critical components- Implemented Standard Operating Procedures, checklists andguidelines for the robot builders to use when assembling the PTRrobotAs a result of my work on the PTR robot production, I was able tocreate greater transparency in the production cell & elevate the skillof employees which resulted in improved quality and productionstandard of the PTR.One of my greatest learning experience is that better can beachieved if you put trust in your colleagues and standardizeworkflow for maximum satisfaction.
