As Chair of OLIP, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, I represent the group in meetings with City representatives as we progress with our goal to provide areas in the community where dogs of all sizes may be exercised off-leash, while respecting that some may need to be separated by temperament. We work on fundraising, networking, communications and education.

Responsible for Business Development and Community Outreach. Focus on introducing new investors and the retention of Highgrove's current real estate Investor Partners.

We drive orientation and training initiatives that develop mission understanding, ensuring that communications are compelling and persuasive to increase business and fundraising capabilities.

American Red Cross – Los Angeles Region serves more than 88 cities and is comprised of five Red Cross chapters: Northern Valleys, Greater Los Angeles, San Gabriel Pomona Valley, Santa Monica and Long Beach/Rio Hondo.Brought in to expand the Los Angeles Regional Board by developing, recruiting, and motivating Board members. Leveraging professional and personal connections, I created innovative training initiatives that reflected a diversity of age, gender, ethnicity, and religious elements. I also coordinated and hosted events that encouraged Board members to interact socially, strengthening their effectiveness as teams.Individually coaching, mentoring, and working with each of the five Chapter boards, I gave them the tools and strategies to increase fundraising effectiveness.► I helped LA Board members exceed the $200,000 goal for FY14 personal donations on top of their combined corporate commitment of $2.5M.► Key participant of financial development team that surpassed $15.6M goal, raising $27.5M in FY13.► Created an annual event that generated $990,000 in December 2013.

The Salvation Army of Southern California provides services and hope to those in need from San Luis Obispo to Orange County.Working across 33 Advisory Boards and Councils, I drove initiatives to increase fundraising and community outreach. Developing strategic relationships within each Board and Council. I helped them refocus their efforts and engage their communities. Together, we built links to key community contacts, corporate partners, and political leaders. ► Our strategies and refocused approach resulted in increasing overall revenues despite facing a challenging economy.► Developed the Regional Advisory Organization Network for board member and Corps officer training and networking.► Created, coordinated, and led an annual special event that created revenues of over $600,000.
