It is a market led, placement linked skill development program, for providing wage employment to rural poor youth of India. As Q Team Head of the project, my primary responsibility is maintaining quality in all aspects of the project, from Centre operations to training quality, from hostels to food quality, and from trainers to placement. As the Q team head, I am the primary point of contact between the project and the Government, maintaining quality at all levels of the project.
