About Preeti V.

With a B.Tech degree in Information Technology and Seven years of experience in IT recruitment, I am a Team Lead at SysMind LLC, a leading staffing and consulting company. I handle the main client Infosys (Pontoon), one of the largest IT service providers in the world, and maintain professional relationships with them.I also mentor and train a team of three to four recruiters who support large US clients in various IT domains, such as Oracle, SAP, DevOps, AWS, Azure, Java, UI, and Salesforce. I am responsible for the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, from sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates, to negotiating contract terms, maintaining reports, and facilitating placements. I have successfully placed high-end technical professionals in contract positions and contributed to the growth and reputation of SysMind LLC and its clients.
