Shortlisted and recruited the key management team, set up operations and managed the day to day running of the hotel.2009-2017- The hotel was given on management contract with IHG and rebranded as Crowne Plaza2017 Responsible for rebuilding The Oterra Brand and setting up the hotel operations.2018-19- Conceptualized and set up 46Ounces - Electronic City's first brewery and restobar. 2019-to date- Setting up a precast manufacturing plant and planning the setting up of a 1.5 million sft office building in Electronic City, Bangalore.

Managed Operations of a 340 strong team, dealing in B2B and B2C Lead generation, Telemarketing for telecom products, membership cards etc.. Also did transition for a market survey project and inbound customer service for a US based firm. Operations were spread over Australia and USA markets.Prior to Operations, was also responsible for HR and recruiting during the initial stages of the company.

Was part of the initial team which set up a 22 acre Technology park in Electronic City, Bangalore.Managed Project management, including procurement, planning, recruitment for the initial phase of the project.2001- Set up a 12,000 sft industrial kitchen and catering division for the company int he next one year, where we were catering to almost 4500 meals every day. Was responsible for the design, execution of the operations and also Business Development2002-03- Handled Recruitment and HR for the software division of Velankani Information Systems Ltd.2003-04- Shifted internally to set up the team to build a team for our new BPO venture called Viteos.
