Defined the strategy and progress of preclinical projects in pipeline and in providing updates on portfolio to Senior Management, including milestone deliverables, resourcing and risks. • Project Management Experience as Project Manager for multiple projects (Discovery to IND stage) and as Scientific Lead for Development Projects (Phase 1 to Phase 2 PoC).- extensive expertise working with Business Development in Scouting and evaluating opportunities, executing transaction phase of BD and serving as JSC lead or Board Observer for partnership companies.
