I’ve been in the property industry since 2001 when I did my first renovation in Brooklyn NYC and got my start in private lending in Los Angeles in 2006. I went on to write Seller Finance UK in 2010 the UK’s first book on private mortgages. Having previously Cohosted Property Investors of London at the Hurlingham Club a networking event for experienced developers and connecting them with the lending community. I went to start work on my most ambitious project ever systemising owner/vendor-financed lending for the US private lending and note trading markets.
