At Flexifoil I am responsible for a wide range of marketing functions, as in any small business the role is hugely varied. I have built a specialisation particularly within the area of digital marketing and taken responsibility for the ecommerce store and further development of the company's website, making use of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords and Facebook advertising.Beyond this I work on new product development by inputting the customer voice into the process based on primary research studies which I design, undertake and analyse. I also take care of the day to day corporate communications and general product promotion in both a B2B and B2C environment, in the UK and globally.

In this role I assisted with the administrative duties of the Law School support staff, which varied from day to day tasks such as recording and documenting student attendances to working on the front reception desk liasing and assisting customers and colleagues with their enquries.

Working closely between the marketing and supply chain functions, I assisted with the implementation of a new Stage and Gate new product development (NPD) process. As well as being given a role with great influence in the design of the process, I was able to assist in training and implementation, including the creation of a variety of new administrative procedures, enabling me to further build on my experience in change management, leadership and teamwork. I helped to design and run workshops in Jakarta as well as for PZ Cussons Thailand, where I also completed a brief appraisal project for the senior directors who were implementing their own version of the system.
