Patty Williams-Downs is a trailblazing leader and the Founder and CEO of BreakingBounds Enterprises, overseeing two dynamic subsidiaries: BreakingBounds Executive Coaching and Consulting and BreakingBounds Media Productions. Through her work, Patty develops systems and strategies that co-power with leaders and organizations to break boundaries and achieve transformative growth. She is also the Executive Producer and Host of the Boundary Breakers Podcast, where she amplifies the voices of leaders worldwide, inspiring audiences to shatter barriers and drive meaningful change.Prior to founding BreakingBounds, Patty served as the Executive Director for OneGoal Houston, where she led strategies that scaled programs to impact over 6,000 students. Her career also includes leadership roles at YES Prep Public Schools, where she developed innovative leadership, academic and instructional coaching models, and KIPP Houston, where she advanced student achievement strategies. Patty began her journey as a Teach For America corps member, sparking her commitment to creating opportunities for young people. She holds an M.A. in Educational Leadership from The George Washington University and a B.A. in Urban Studies from Fordham University. Patty is also a graduate of Rice Business School’s Coach Rice program and a certified Emotional Intelligence (EQi) assessor.Patty’s influence extends into mentorship and community leadership. She serves as a mentor for She Needs to Know, a Fellow of the American Leadership Forum Houston/Gulf Coast Chapter, and a board advisor for SheSpace and the Houston Coalition Against Hate. Her accomplishments include being named to Houston Business Journal’s People on the Move and 40 Under 40. While also receiving the Global Leader of Influence Award from the World Affairs Council.
