  • Following the merger of Business & Commercial Credit Units, my role related to solely dealing with “distressed”/”problem” property investment/development cases, with files across both Business and Commercial platforms.
  • Working closely with the “Specialist Relationship Managers” was key, ensuring, once identified, a realistic, deliverable strategy was implemented.
  • Full “fact finds” undertaken initially, with the assessment of financial and non-financial positions, ensuring a full appreciation/picture was in place from the outset. Milestones set, and regular assessment of cases.
