•Recertification/Testing Director- Recruited by CEO to identify cost saving methods in recertification of mechanical systems. The new methods developed on mechanical system testing resulted in a 15% reduction in testing, savings of 8200 man/hrs of testing, and savings of 2,800,000 dollars.•Operations Management- Coordinated all facets of maintenance, training, and operations for all Contractors. Recruited by Contractors to provide leadership and guidance on proper operation of their facilities. •Program Director- Administered accountability/certification for technical documentation that certified the integrity of all mechanical equipment/structures.•Training Provider- Coordinated, developed, and evaluated training for all workers and supervisors in the area of maintenance, plant operations, chemistry, radiological controls and quality assurance testing requirements.

•Machinery Operations and Maintenance Expert- Provided expert analytical analysis on the operations and repairs throughout the facility and its impact on operational commitments to the CEO and his Department Heads.•Inspector- Provided surveillance and audits of maintenance and engineering activities to CEO. Evaluations were submitted on compliance with all technical documentation and safety procedures.

Directed new equipment/process installations, production equipment repairs, upgrades and inspections on assets critical for the safe, reliable, efficient operation of 8 facilities.
