Responsibilities:• Direct responsibility for designing and implementing appropriate systems for breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, equipment history, and spare part.• Identify vendors for spares and contractors for outside maintenance services with support from indirect procurement.• Responsible for preparation and control of overall annual plant maintenance budgets• Responsibility for selection, training, coaching, feedback, and development of maintenance technicians including 'hands-on' training of Maintenance Technicians.• Manage the operation and Maintenance of Water Purification Plant (WPP), Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Administration Building Complex, Rental Factory, and other pumping stations.• Responsible for all maintenance functions necessary to ensure efficient plant Operation, utility services, electrical services, and Machinery maintenance• Troubleshoots reported deviations in the process related to rotating equipment and static equipment to find the root cause & impact and advise corrective actions to be taken• Support the formulation of short term, long term objectives and strategies including work program cover all Rotating and Static Equipment

Responsibilities:• Lead on repairs and maintenances on two strokes / four strokes internal combustion engines and associated auxiliary machinery according to planned maintenance system• Responsible for overhauling of engine room equipment such as air compressors, steam boiler, sewage treatment plant, fresh water generator, purifiers, various type of pumps and motors.• Ensure that the generator engines are well maintained for optimum performance and fuel consumption.• Repairs and troubleshooting on fuel oil system, lube oil system, hydraulic oil system, cooling water system, steam supply system and pneumatic air control system, etc.• Lead on the operations and maintenances of safety equipment, environmental pollution prevention equipment, firefighting system, first aid and lifesaving equipment.• Manage generator & associated auxiliary machinery spares to ensure that minimum requirements can always be kept. • Supervise on junior engineers and ratings, and in charge of operation teams daily working plans and maintenance jobs• Preparing daily reports for the status of each major machinery and, maintaining the reports and records of major overhaul and breakdown maintenances report back to head office.• Preparation on reports of the monthly fuel consumption, maintenance spares parts and machinery breakdowns and maintenance records.

Responsibilities:• Support the senior engineers on maintenance and repairs on engine room equipment as an assistant engineer.• Perform as the operators for the machinery operations and records on operations by maintaining the log book and other engineering documents• Weekly and monthly testing on boiler water and cooling water test, lube oil and fuel tests to identify the abnormal conditions and maintain the optimal operations.• Perform in emergency and occupational onboard training such as firefighting equipment, lifeboat engine operation, and launching, inert gas operations, security drills and/or other training
