My name is Sai Pyae Phyo Aung, and I graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technology (Lashio), Myanmar, in 2014. I consider myself to be a detail-oriented, organized, and responsible individual, highly motivated to use my skills and resources to help my teams succeed in every aspect.Most of my experience has been gained on campus, which includes not only labor and shortage control but also public relations and legal processes. I have been involved in many successful projects, using my skills to encourage team members to meet their goals on time and within budget.I have experience in the drinking water business, overseeing the transition from preliminary processes to full operations. As a factory manager, I ensured the timely delivery of goods while minimizing waste, conducting market surveys, and managing purchasing, supply chains, safety, and labor management. Additionally, I possess business and personal experience in several foreign countries, including Taiwan, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand.I have also worked as a fabrication, production, coating, and project engineer on steel structures, high-rise towers, warehouses, buildings, bridges, and infrastructure projects in Myanmar.
