I am a Senior Corporate Affairs Supervisor at Kelvin Chia Yangon Ltd (KCY), responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing information management, and driving business development and outreach initiatives. My focus revolves around staying up-to-date with legal, political, and economic developments, ensuring that both the management and our clients are well-informed through newsletters and briefings. I also play a crucial role in liaising with government authorities to anticipate upcoming legal and policy changes.During my time at KCY, I have been actively involved in several landmark transactions, particularly mergers and acquisitions of foreign direct investment in Myanmar. I have successfully completed numerous due diligence assignments and sophisticated investment projects. This includes conducting comprehensive on-site investigations, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating closely with government ministries and authorities.Prior to joining KCY, I held the position of Project Coordinator at Oxford Business Group (OBG), where I had the opportunity to coordinate the Report Myanmar 2014 in partnership with the Myanmar Investment Commission. I effectively collaborated with various stakeholders, including business associations and government ministries, contributing to the successful publication of the report.I am fluent in both English and Myanmar languages, and I have also built a successful freelance translation career.
