Responsibilities•Working on full-time and contract positions for many different clients directly to the US.•Handling team of 4 Recruiters and hands-on Recruitment.•Pulling up candidates perfectly from various job portals according to the projects (Monster, DICE, Carrier Builder, LinkedIn, Indeed), Database and through the References of the Consultants. Posting jobs in various web sites.•Screening and discussion with the Consultant/Vendor regarding the skill set and rate negotiation (Corp 2 Corp as well as on W2).•Discuss the project with the candidates and short-listing them base on their skills.•Salary discussion with the Consultant (Per Annum basis or Hourly Basis).•Collecting the details from the consultant on the Social Security Number (SSN No.)•Running the Credit Report and checking the background of the Consultant Whether having Good / Bad Credit.•Experience of Complete Life Cycle of Recruitment. E.g., Searching, Short listing, Interview Schedule, Till the Candidate Joins.•Database Search/ Reference Search/ Mass Mail and Personal Contact List.•Follow-up with the offered candidates till joining and post joining follow-up.

• Having experience using JobDiva for sourcing candidates.• Sourced candidates for job orders using job sites, head hunting, third party companies, networking, user groups and referrals.• Strong experience in reading resumes and understanding requirements and expertise in resume writing.• Ability to work with traditional recruiting tools; i.e. cold calling, networking, referrals, job boards, ad placement, intensive researching and sourcing.• Convinced the candidates on the respective offers, terms and conditions of the firm.• Responsible for signing the contracts with Consultant and with Vendors.• Negotiated with the consultants on different contract terms like Corp to Corp, 1099 and W2.• Technical Screening applicant resumes matching job qualifications with open positions.• Capable of working on various skill set at the same time• Maintaining relationship with the existing 3rd parties/vendors.• Learning new IT technologies for better understanding of requirements and screening candidates.• I am responsible for fulfilling IT and Non it positions.• Extensive working experience with USA tax term (W2, C2C, 1099)• Familiar with USA visa’s (Green Card, H1B, USA Citizen, CPT, OPT, TN)• Understand the requirement and client's need and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of resources.
