Paul specializes in multi-family owner representation in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and New Mexico. Prior to starting The Multifamily Group in 2018, Paul was the 7th ranked Broker at a National Commercial Real Estate Firm with over 1,100 Brokers worldwide, the #1 highest producing broker for the Southwest Region, and Top Producer in the office in 2017. In 2016, he was the Top Producer at the office, was the 25th highest producing Broker out of over 1,100 Brokers worldwide, and ranked #3 in the Southwest Region. Paul served as the inaugural SFR Portfolio Product Council Chair for this national CRE firm. He shares his expertise as a panelist on Single Family Rental (SFR) portfolio dispositions a couple of times a year at conferences hosted by IMN. After serving 27 months in Baghdad, Paul left the Army as a Captain was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for his service in Iraq during his second deployment. Paul received his bachelor in Finance from CU-Boulder where he attended on an Army ROTC scholarship. He has his MBA from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.
