- Responsible for the export of Hong Kong Telecom’s Mobile Engineering expertise to global projects.- Technical bid lead for UK Broadband’s RFP response to the UK Government’s Emergency Services Network tender - the first PPDR network in the world utilizing LTE and commercial mobile networks.- Consulted for overseas operators on spectrum strategy/valuation and LTE network rollout. - About PCCW Global: PCCW Global is Hong Kong Telecom’s (HKT) global arm offering international connectivity to carriers and large enterprises. - Responsible for UK Broadband's overall Engineering Architecture and Planning.- End to end responsibility including devices, IP Core, LTE Core, Radio, and Backhaul (including microwave).- Lead network improvement initiatives of UKB's 3.5GHz TDD LTE fixed wireless network resulting in a 10X improvement in network performance.- Oversaw the design of UKB's enterprise networks focused on Airports, Ports, and Trains.- About UK Broadband: UK Broadband is the UK's largest holder of 4G spectrum in the 3.5GHz range as well as high-speed microwave. UK Broadband operates the consumer focused Relish network in London as well as bespoke enterprise networks.

- Responsible for the development and optimization of CSL’s Radio Network, the best performing wireless network in Hong Kong as measured by 3rd party benchmarks including Speedtest.net and Opensignal for both speed and coverage.- Lead a team of 40+ team members responsible for radio network design and performance, and a CAPEX budget in excess of $300M HKD annually.- Transformed the Radio Network team to a high-performance culture with an emphasis on Customer Experience (NPS) improvement, end-to-end collaboration, continuous benchmarking, and efficiency improvements using planning tools.- Consulted for overseas operators on LTE deployment and vendor evaluation.- About CSL: CSL is Hong Kong’s largest mobile network operator in terms of revenue, and offers 2G, 3G, and 4G services. Hong Kong is acknowledged as one of those most competitive wireless markets worldwide with the world’s most challenging radio environment in terms of both coverage and capacity. In May 2014 CSL was acquired by Hong Kong Telecom.

- Lead CSL’s network deployment of CSL’s dual-band LTE/DC-HSPA+, the first network of its kind in the world and the first LTE network in Asia.- Responsible for CSL’s technology planning roadmap including access technologies, broadcasting, radio spectrum, and other emerging technologies. - Developed high-level network capacity and cost models that were used in corporate business cases including MVNO assessment.- Lead CSL’s transmission team including fixed network and microwave, including the first large-scale deployment of microwave in Hong Kong.- Saved over $40M HKD within the first year of managing CSL’s transmission budget.

- Successfully lead a start-up team of 6 team members that analyzed wireless network services from a Systems perspective, encompassing both technical and financial (CAPEX/OPEX) metrics.- Developed and evangelized Cost/MB models for TELUS’ mobile data network which resulted in dramatically reduced data costs, and enabled new services offerings.- Defined the requirements for TELUS’ next generation HSPA+/LTE wireless access network (spectrum, RAN, and transmission) to ensure that TELUS is best-in class for both network performance and cost. - Lead the development of 10 year capital models for TELUS’ next generation HSPA/LTE network including UTRAN, Fixed Network (Core), and OSS for cost-certainty and budgeting purposes.- About TELUS: TELUS is one of Canada’s largest telecommunications firms, offering a full suite of wireless and wireline products. In 2015 TELUS had revenues of $12.5 Billion Canadian dollars.

- Responsible for a team of 14 members that looked at the performance and expansion of TELUS’ Central Region PCS CDMA Radio Access Network, one of the best performing cellular networks in North America.- Worked collaboratively with Construction, Fixed Network, Transmission, and RF Operations teams to implement new sites and meet site on-air targets.- Developed a methodology to prioritize new site build locations based upon network performance as well as OPEX/CAPEX.- Defined, formed, and integrated TELUS’ Central Region Technical Client Care department – the interface between Client Operations and Engineering.
