Integrated various features for the in-house support teams reducing their workload by 30~50% every 6 months leading to efficient customer support. Created features for the in-house development team using the system, increasing their work efficiency. Maintained documents such as database definition, and every handling project setup/integration documents making them easy to understand. Optimized the system, fixing old/broken code and bugs from time to time, keeping the system up and running without critical errors. Created scheduling batch application for daily/weekly/monthly logs backup.

Created real-estate website’s frontend including design, html+css coding, and testing allowing user visit/inquiry traffic to the website. Integrated backend system for the real-estate website with inventory service, promotion services, automated mailing services, news notification service, and inquiry handling services. Created a mockup simple game called “Gacha” for Japan’s web-based gaming landing website attracting visitors to have a free taste of the actual game increasing the probability of downloading the game.

Lead planned, designed, scheduled, and assigned OJT project for a team of 5 to develop a map basemobile application using a hybrid platform called “Titanium”.
