Bot Classification - Dumped log files from Elastic Cloud - Extracted hand-crafted features from the dumped log files - Applied supervised machine learning algorithms to classify the bots into different categories 2. Anomaly Traffic Detection - Collected the web traffic from the customer's domain - Extracted the feature from the web traffic logs - Applied unsupervised machine learning algorithm to detect the anomaly traffic 3. Key Information Extraction and Database Generation - Automatically extracted key information from the request and response of the webpages - Built a database in SQLite to store the extracted key information4. Abnormal Mouse Movement Detection - Collected mouse tracks data from web browser - Visualized mouse tracks data using matplotlib - Extracted the hand-crafted features from the mouse tracks - Designed a rule-based algorithm to predict if the mouse behavior is from human or bot - The proposed rule-based algorithm with the hand-crafted feature has a better performance and accuracy than the current algorithm - The proposed method will be integrated with current product and replace the current algorithm

I also graded their quizzes, homework assignments, midterm exams, and final exams. Fall 2015: ECE 10A (Foundations of Analog and Digital Circuits & Systems). I held a lab section for 3 hours every week. There were around 20 undergraduate students in my section. I graded their lab reports, homework assignments, midterm exams, and finals.
