• Established three new departments and built them into integrated, streamlined and profitable units• Spearheaded and fully developed division's sponsorship, digital and content driven product portfolio that decreased dependency on exhibition revenue of the world's largest exhibitions company (2% to 15% over 5 year period of almost $100M annual revenue)• Led Informa Healthcare division's transition to virtual and hybrid events during Covid pandemic and industry-wide disruption• Drove the growth of the team from 1 to 15 FTE's that would eventually combine event sponsorship, digital media and content marketing• Managed key customer relationships with such industry leaders as Siemens, GE, Philips, as well as key public sector entities like Health Ministries of UAE and KSA• Took the lead consultancy and creative role with designing sponsorship campaigns for many of the regional and global healthcare players• Grew sponsorship spend of many customers, sometimes 20x and delivered outstanding campaigns for them• Significantly increased customer satisfaction and retention with introduction of dedicated teams, processes and reporting

Headed up the delegates sales team for one of the world's leading healthcare event organisers. Responsible for the delivery of over 20,000 paying delegates annually across the portfolio. Led the team to successfully achieve targets for 3 consecutive years

- Managed portfolio of a number of leading brands at the UK's largest private contact centre (inducing Sky, Reed Exhibitions, Fortnum&Mason, Selfridges)- In peak times managed the team of 55 FTE's speaking 15 different languages, in accordance with strict industry guidelines. Just one of them required a documented review with each team member monthly and I was still able to do other things!- Managed very demanding customer relationships with FTSE100 companies and successfully launched a number of strategically important projects, such as Fortnum&Mason and Selfridges- UK call centres frequently attract young people looking for a temporary job. My natural ability to bring out the best in people was really polished then and helped keep everyone motivated- Heavily contributed to Salesforce implementation at Reed Exhibitions and best practices in terms of sales excellence and reporting
