I've previously spent over six years at large commercial lenders working with a diversified group of business owners to help achieve their financing goals. My main strategy is to leverage my strategic networks to provide a holistic approach that identifies the best solution for my clients to grow their business. Types of financing that I've helped clients with include the following:-Purchasing and construction financing for industrial/office/retail properties-Land financing and construction financing for pre-sale residentail units-Multi-family residential properties-Working capital / line of credit / margin lines-Professional / Healthcare financing-Mergers & Acqusition financing / cash flow lending-Equipment leasing and financing-Leasehold improvements Prior to banking, I worked for my family’s local business for ten years learning about the challenges of managing a business in the Fraser Valley community. Today, one of the things that motivates me is to continue to support entrepreneurs in my community by applying my knowledge in commercial lending. I received my Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in finance at Simon Fraser University. During my time at SFU, I completed a portion of my BBA at National Taiwan University with the goal of learning international business. I continue to enjoy international travel for both personal and professional growth.
