Develop and execute project plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives to ensure long-term success and strategic alignment of projects, develop detailed project plans, track project progress, manage project budgets, ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, address client feedback and needs, and ensure client satisfaction. Prepare and track project budgets, analyze financial data, process expenditures and invoices, and execute financial reports.

Lead and manage project teams, assign tasks, motivate team members and ensure team productivity and morale. Monitor and manage project progress to ensure tasks are completed on time, resolve any delays or issues, summarize at the end of the project, evaluate project performance, document lessons learned, and close the project loop

Assist the Project Manager in the development and maintenance of project plans, including schedules, budgets and resource allocations; assist in the management of project resources, including manpower, equipment and materials, to ensure the efficient utilization of resources; and maintain project documentation to ensure that it is accurate, complete and up-to-date

Effectively schedules and manages project tasks and activities to ensure all aspects of the project are in order, prepares and distributes meeting minutes, project reports and updates, handles day-to-day communications
