Glen Runyon is the founder and Managing Director of Pyramid Consulting, LLC. Over his 40 year career he is experienced in management consulting as well as information technology and telecommunications industries. He is also the former Director of Business Operations and Processes for DataPath, Inc. in Duluth, GA and a former Director of Information Services for McDermott International with responsibilities for worldwide information technology, computer operations and telecommunications services.As the founder and Managing Director of Pyramid Consulting, he has participated in numerous technical briefing presentations to senior executives in customer organizations. He has also lectured on technical and management topics at several universities including Southern Methodist University, Southeastern Louisiana University as well as Louisiana Tech.Specialties: Strategic planning and business operations assessments. Specialist in Business Process Improvement (BPI) including organizational alignment, business process analysis, process modeling, and process reengineering. Experienced conducting Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) efforts that define business drivers, identify technology trends, develop architecture principles/requirements, and establish an IT governance structure. Skilled in conducting financial and operational due diligence analysis and post merger planning for business acquisitions.Glen has a MBA from the A.B. Freeman School, Tulane University and a BS in Computer Science from Louisiana Tech University. Glen is a current member and the past Chairman of the Louisiana Tech Computer Science Industrial Advisory Board. He has also previously taught as an Adjunct Professor of Information Systems at the A.B. Freeman School of Business. In addition to his prior teaching duties, Glen also served on the Freeman alumni advisory board for Executive Education where he was a member of the Executive MBA curriculum review committee.
